MASSAGE SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please know there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled massages. If you cancel your massage within 24 hours of your appointment time a $30.00 cancellation fee will be assessed per each 1 hour scheduled massage. If a 2-hour massage is scheduled, the second massage will need to be paid for up front at the time of making the appointment.

During these trying times of COVID-19 to protect our patients and employees our massage therapists will not be providing services if their temperature is above 99.8 degrees. Please know that when scheduling your massage, a request for a specific therapist is seen as a courtesy. We try to meet your preference, but it is NOT a guarantee. 

Last minute changes may need to be made under certain circumstances. Please know that we do our best to ensure a similar therapist is brought in to treat you.  If you choose to not see the available therapist, the $30.00 cancellation fee will be applied

We understand that life is busy and that illnesses may occur and as a courtesy will waive your first $30.00 cancellation fee within a 2-year time frame. In turn, there may be limited times when a therapist is not going to be available and we will need to cancel your massage. If this occurs, and we need to cancel your massage, a $10.00 credit will be applied to your account after the first cancellation in a given calendar year.

If your massage is cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns, the $30.00 cancellation fee will be waived upon providing a doctor’s note of being tested or hospitalized
